Q. How do I post banners?
A. It’s easy to post your banners and text link. After you are accepted into our affiliate
program, simply follow these steps:
1.Log in to Commission Junction, Click on ‘Get Links’, ‘By Relationship’
2.When Network Solutions appears in the Advertiser list, click ‘View Links’
3.Select the button/image/link that you feel would work best on your Web site and click it
4.Click ‘Get HTML’ to retrieve code
5. Copy and paste the code into your site

Q. What forms of online marketing and promotion are allowed?
The majority of our affiliates promote Network Solutions through banners and text links,
however, we allow all other types of promotion (ie. Pay per click advertising and email) as
long as our terms and conditions are met. We do offer a pay per click affiliate tools and pay
per click management services as well as search engine optimization services if you need

Q. Where can I get commission tracking and reporting for my banner performance?
You will have access to all of the reporting capabilities available through Commission Junction.
There are detailed reports that will provide impression and click through data. This information is
available at any time.
Q. What if an order that went through my link isn’t showing up in reporting?
A. If you believe that an order was placed through your link however, the sale is not coming up
in reporting, please contact us and provide the following information: Affiliate ID, Order ID,
Sale Amount, Date of Sale. We will immediately investigate what may have happened and resolve
the issue as quickly as possible. Please email affiliates@networksolutions.com if you further
assistance.
Q. How are orders tracked?
All links from your site to ours include a unique affiliate ID. This ID allows us to identify
customers coming from your site and to credit you with commissions when they make purchases.
Please make sure that links are created according to the instructions we provide. Also, in
order to ensure proper credit for each sale you refer to us, orders must be processed
exclusively through your Affiliate link. All commission tracking and reporting is provided
through Commission Junction.
Q. How is payment sent and how long does it take?
When you apply to our program, via Commission Junction, you select which commission payment
options you prefer. Your options are either direct deposit or check. Checks are processed
by Commission Junction and take approximately 40 days after the close of each month to hit
the mail(ie. Jan checks will be processed March 10). If you have earned less than $25.00
in commissions, your balance will accrue until you reach $25.00 at the monthly payout date.
Q. How often do I get paid?
Payment is sent every month. If you have met the payment threshold of $25.00, you will
receive payment monthly.
Q. If I forgot my account and login information, what should I do?
No worries. You can contact Commission Junction and provide the required information to
retrieve your account login information anytime. We can also help you if you are unsure

Q. Do you pay commissions on renewal transactions for your services?
We do not pay commissions on renewals.
